Our company is owned and operated by Michael Marsh, a veteran of the homebuilding industry with more than 10 years of residential construction experience. Before starting Marsh Properties, Michael was a Senior Manager with Deloitte Touche Tohmastu, where he worked for years as an advisor to homebuilding companies such as Beazer Homes and Hovnanian Homes.

Specializing in speculative and custom built homes priced over $2 million, our aim is to provide buyers with unsurpassed quality and value. Unlike many luxury homebuilders, Michael Marsh does not employ on-site supervisors or project managers. Rather, Michael Marsh manages every detail of the entire project from design through construction personally. All of our homes are photographed throughout all project phases so that the buyer can review quality details. Our homes are built according to the highest standards of architectural design, and we use only premium grade materials and the highest quality workmanship, as demonstrated by our partners and associations.

Our goal is to work in partnership with each of our customers, by offering additional services before, during and after the sale.
